FREE LUNCH FRIDAY

Free Lunch Friday allows employees to claim back the cost of their lunch, up the value of £8 each Friday.

Free Lunch Friday initiative is a taxable benefit in the UK. This means that an individual recipient of the benefit will pay income tax at their marginal rate plus Employee National Insurance. The amount of deductions depends on whether the individual is a lower rate, higher rate or additional rate tax payer. If relevant any payment could also be subject to a Student Loan Deduction.

If you would like to make use of the Free Lunch Friday initiative, then you will need to process these with a valid receipt through monthly expenses via Access a-cloud.
